PI to AE
hi..i just got PI..so i’m still a bit confused.. how do I export from PI to AE with alpha?.. cuz when i tried to export the movie.. AE told me it doesn’t have alpha.. and i can’t find it on the manual.. for example i created the meadow in PI and export it as quicktime to AE..but in AE the black bg won’t go away.. tried tweaking the layer but it didnt work..
i tried to export it as TIFF sequence with alpha on.. but the actual meadow was not included.. so what do i do?.. thanks in advance.. -

If you render it as a Quicktime with compression set to None, and change Color Depth to “Millions of Colors+”, you should be able to save a Quicktime with alpha.

Or use “Animation” compressor.
Then make sure you check the “Save Alpha” option in the Output Options dialog.
