PI plugin for AE
I want to have my PI effects that I create in AE using the PI plugin on their own layer to render in separate passes. How can I achieve this?
So far I have tried…
-Applying PI to a solid layer, but it doesn’t auto alpha out the solid.
-Applying PI to an adjustment layer, but I still need a background image to see the effect and therefore, can not render out a separate pass for the PI effect.Please help!

What are you trying to achieve with the separate passes?
The “not removing alpha” when applied to a solid *is* a limitation with the current version.
