    photoshop – edge feather

    Is there a simple way to do a quick edge feather for a picture or photo in photoshop? The only way I know how to do it is to use the erase tool with a very wide swath. And, then erase the edges which give the edge feather effect, but more sloppy.

    Make a selection and then shoose Select modify Feather.. Add a Mask and blur

    Or speed it up and add the feather right in the options bar to your marquee and lasso tools
