  Photoshop CS4 Memory Error

  Hello all,

  I am a little upset with Adobe Photoshop CS4. I keep getting the error message: Could not complete the Open command because there is not enough memory (RAM). But I have 32 gigs of Ram! I did reset the preferences, max the memory usage, reinstalled the photoshop… etc but no good! File is not even more than 2 mb’s and I am out of solutions… Anybody knows what is going on?
