Photoshop CS1 and Nikon raw files
I am working with Photoshop CS1 on a G5 dual processor machine. The Nikon raw files really seem to cause Photoshop CS1 major problems. I am working with folders that contain as many as 1,000 Nikon raw files.
When I try to use the browser feature with one of these large folders, Photoshop CS1 is unable to create previews of the images or it only creates some previews and not all previews. At times Photoshop with actually crash. If I relaunch Photoshop and work in folders that contain jpeg files everything works perfectly.
Is there a work around so I can use the browser feature? Is there a limit as to how many raw files I should have in a given folder? Is there a way to trash the preferences in Photoshop CS1?
