    Photoshop CS broke after update…cross post

    Macbook Pro 10.4.8….now when I launch Photoshop I get a Program error when I try to create a new doc or open an existing one. I just did a complete reinstall…same problem. Guess it’s up to CS2 for me. I just prefer CS.

    Anyone else?

    Wow, both CS and CS2 clean installs on OS 10.4.8 will not open a new doc. dAnyone else…this happens to be a Macbook Pro dual 2.16.

    Ouch.

    Any ideas on what file might be causing this?

    Others have had this issue…seems it is connected to perhaps printer settings in System Preferences. Delete existing printers, add in new ones that you need and it might fix the problem. did for me…it is posted loosely on the Adobe site.
