  Photoshop :autobatch will not save for web properly

  I set up an action to

  reduce image width from 165 to 125
  then save for web at 50%

  After running this as a batch
  the final image is reduced in size by
  only 10%
  So if it was 30k it
  finally gets saved as 27k

  If I do it manually I can get it down to 5k max.
  How can I force the autoatiation to reuce to
  5k approx?
