    Photoshop 7 mac – handtool gets selected when double-clicking layer styles

    Hi,
    My handtool gets selected when double-clicking layer styles. I was able to create a layer style through the toolbar, but when I try to edit it, it selects the Handtool automatically and can’t do anything until I hit Return. I need to get a job done and can’t find any info on this problem anywhere.

    I am on a G4- dual 1.42ghz- 2gig ram – Tiger 10.4.1
