Photos edges not smooth when exporting video

Did you try slightly cropping these and adding some drop shadow?

I definitely see aliasing happening. What was the workflow, step-by-step, from original photos to final timeline?

The only way to smooth the edges is to to add some crop and fade the edge a little. I was wondering if there’s a way to correct the workflow to eliminate the aliasing.

I’ve simply dragged the original photos into FC browser window. They look perfectly fine in the previewer.
