Here are the “old school” ways:
Method 1:
– open the existing project
– replace each photo in the Project window using ctrl+H
(new photos must be same approximate size as old ones for ease of use)
Method 2:
– make sure all the sources in the original project were named Photo1, Photo2, and so on. Or whatever. Make sure they’re in a folder. Close the project. Rename the folder
– Make sure all the new photos have the exact same names as the old ones, and are in a folder that has the same name and location as the old one.
(new photos must be same approximate size as old ones for ease of use)
– Open the project. It will now use the new photos, since they have the same name and folder as the old ones.
Those methods require some preparation. 🙂
Now, unless CS3 has something new to offer in this way, “old school” is “only school”.
