A friend of mine wants to get into creating photo DVDs for weddings. I’m a video editor & I’ve done it with Final Cut, but is their an easier way? He’s on PC and I could set him up Premiere & Encore but that may be overkill. He wants to add music, edit photos to the beat, add effects, titles, ect. The consumer programs out there that I’ve seen are very basic.
    Suggestions?

The Photoshop Elements 5 & Premiere Elements 3 bundle looks like a good fit. Adobe has done a good job simplifying the process for the beginner but giving them options to still be creative.
    Thanks Richard.
