    Hello, everybody!

I’ve been reading this forum for a while now, but I just created my account to ask this specific question since I couldn’t find an answer anywhere. Before, Id like to thank the community, this site has helped me a lot already.

So, back to the point. I’ve never used this feature before because I never really needed it. But the thing is: I have a job that I need to make a screen replacement on a television. So, I decided to track the shot inside AE. The problem is: the track types available to me are stabilize, transform and raw. The corner pin option is greyed out. I think this might be something really easy that I might be missing out, but I’m struggling my head through this and I can’t find a solution.

Any help would greatly appreciated. Thanks already!

You need four tracker points to make a corner pin. Or use Mocha.

I’m not sure I understood what you said.

I know the perspective corner pin type of track will give me 4 points to track. The problem is that I can’t click on the option “perspective corner pin” nor “parallel corner pin”. They are greyed out (not available). I can only click on stabilize, transform and raw.

    I can’t replicate the behavior you’re seeing.

But you could use Mocha — it’ll probably give you better results anyway.
