  • Perfect sync in Premiere, but not on iPhone — what’s happening?

I have a question, maybe you’ve faced this before 🙌🏻

When I export my project from Adobe Premiere Pro on my computer, everything is perfectly synchronized. But when I transfer the video to my iPhone’s gallery, there’s a slight delay between the sound and the image.

The delay isn’t constant, but it happens at certain moments. It’s really annoying, especially when you’re editing to the rhythm of the music or working on clips.

Do you know where this could come from and how to fix it?

    Thank’s you very much

    Hi,

The first thing that comes to my mind is that the bitrate of the video is too high for the telephone to play back smoothly. Could you try with a smaller bitrate? And what bitrate settings did you use?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer.

I try with VBR 8 mpb and 12mpb

    And CBR 6 mpb

Low bitrate perfect for telephone and post in social media but it didn’t work

Maybe the problem is due to the video player on my computer or on my phone.

Maybe there are not compatible. I will try to change the video player.

    🙌🏻
