Peculiar keyframe behavior
1. I do a simple animation changing camera rotation using keyframes.
Keyframe (1) is a linear keyframe for the x rotation = 0
Keyframe (2) about two seconds later, is a linear keyframe = +4.5
But from keyframe (1) to the NEXT FRAME, the value changes IMMEDIATELY from 0 to +4.5!
AND it remains there until the next keyframe which actually is that value.If I change keyframe (2) to to a Hold keyframe the same thing happens.
What is going on?
How can I make this change occur SMOOTHLY over time?
I’ve tried using bezier and continuous bezier keyframes, but the same thing happens.I’ve had a similar problem animating layers (not cameras) in another project. In that case, it was wild, unpredictable, change of position between position keyframes.
I have tried checking for hidden keyframes, etc. Honest.
I’m using OS 10.4.5

all i know is fcp+mac=brain of it’s own,
ive had the craziest things happen with final cut running, in multiple programs, and only with fcp running, ive had safari reverse every single favorite on my bar, ive had every thing in my fcp timeline move back 3 second in the top 2 layers and 2 frames forward in everything below
i refuse to run a.e. with fcp open unless it’s something simple.
if you don’t have fcp open, id go with dave and say restart, or start your camera from scracth (if the previus isn’t it)
