You’re welcome Ralph. I got the original specs from Videoguys.com DIY9 and I got recommendations on the Corsair 500R case and H100 cooler from other Vegas users so I really can’t take any of the credit. I just pieced together what made sense for me and so far, I’m very, very happy with the results.

I haven’t tried to capture and HDV with the firewire card yet so I don’t know how well it performs but it works well with my M-Audio Firewire-410 audio interface so far.

According to the specs on Corsair’s web site, it supports AMD AM2 / AM3. So if your processor is one of those, it should work (I don’t know, I don’t follow the AMD product line)
