PC audio meter / Stereo display
Does anyone know of a PC based ‘real time’ display that will give me VU metering with floating peaks, an XY lissajous display and possible spectrum analyzer that I can run on a laptop or netbook PC?
Tall order I know

I’ve seen this recommended, which I think should do what you need
