pasting illustrator paths to position keyframes in AE7
This worked fine in AE 6.5 but I’m having trouble pasting illustrator paths as position keyframes in AE 7.0. Am I missing a new trick or an old one?

Are you selecting the word “position” for the layer. This works for me.
I’m using Illustrator CS2 and the File Handling Prefs are set to AICB (Adobe Illustrator Clip Board).

This Happen to me just a few days ago. I copy all the points of the path, with the direct selection tool in Illustrator. But when I go to AE, the “paste” option was disable, no matter what layer or property I select. The solution…. Close and reopen both Application
