  Paste multiple values across multiple rows AND columns

  In the weights manager > weights tab, I’d like to be able to copy the values from one row, then paste those values across a block/array of cells.

  So, if we have this as the weight values in one row:
  0 2 5 1 4

  I’d like to be able to replace this array of zero rows:
  0 0 0 0 0
  0 0 0 0 0
  0 0 0 0 0

  With this array of cells:
  0 2 5 1 4
  0 2 5 1 4
  0 2 5 1 4

  Any ideas how to do this in one fell swoop? Right now, you can only copy/paste one column to one column or one row to one row. Not one column/row to multiple columns AND rows.
