    Particles – advice sought.

    Hello,

    I have AE CS3 with particular and I’m just getting into working with particles.

    I’d like to achieve a sepcific effect; particles explode outward and then stop, become inanimate while I move the camera through them to produce a cheap and cheerful ‘Bullet-Time’ style effect.

    I just can’t figure out how to get particles to emit at a certain rate and then freeze. Any advice?

    Setting Physics Time Factor to 0 will freeze the particles. Stopping particle creation is in the Particles per Second property.
