If you put them in the “Emitter Libraries” folder then use the “quick load” library list (r-click in the library window) to load another library. You can also use “load library”, or click the bar that is between the library window and the preview window.

I figured it out. Is it not possible to have all of the librarys loaded and visable at the same time?

No. You can use the Library Manager though.
