  Parameters are Invalid with scc file

  Parameters are Invalid Message CS3 appearing during build

  Message:
  “Parameters are Invalid” message appearing during build

  The following problems occurs only when trying to insert a scc file into a project. Otherwise, the disk burns just fine without an scc file used for closed captioning.

  First of all, no problem is detected on “Check disc”. When the build starts to progress it stops at “Preparing Disk Layout” and gives a “Parameters is invalid” message. The timeline is about 8:09 and is in MPEG 2. I have searched all the forums and the one suggestion of changing the time code in the scc file from 00:00:00:00 to 00:00:00:02 has already been done by the captioning company to try to solve this issue.

  Anyone have any suggestions?
