    Hey guys,
I’m considering a VT50 plasma as a client monitor. I know there had been some issues with the VT30 displaying 25fps. Does anyone know if they fixed that in the newer model?
My output will be HDMI from a Decklink Studio card. I’m using it for Avid Symphony and DaVinci Resolve.
    Thanks!

    Hi,
VT50 connected to decklink works fine here @1080p 25 both with Resolve and Avid

    Thank you Vagelis!
I got a little worried about this review
    https://www.pocket-lint.com/review/72974-panasonic-tx-p50vt50-plasma-television-review
    saying that
…There is one noticeable problem that occurs on material shot at 25fps – most British TV productions, for example – and that’s a sort of coloured halo on moving images. You’ll see this on pans, or when someone walks across the frame, and it exhibits itself as a double edge on the object which is moving.

Did you experience any of that?
And how did you connect the plasma? Via HDMI or component?

No, I have never experienced any of that issues.
The plasma is connected to one hdmi output of deckling extreme 3D.
