  Panasonic D5 and 23p and 23psf

  Reading the manual and reviewing tapes, it seems that wether you feed the 3700A 23psf or 23p, it will record in a unified format on the tape at 23p and output at PsF as directed. Is this correct? It makes sense, but I would like to be sure for my own records…
