Panasonic Customer Service

This isn’t really a VariCam issue, but it was the closest forum I could find for Panasonic decks. Has anyone had any experience with Panasonic customer service? I sent our AJ-SD93 deck out for repair on the 6th of November and we still haven’t seen it back. Apparently the part they needed (firewire port) was on backorder, but in the meantime we’ve been without the deck and forced to use other options including going back to beta SP and borrowing decks in order to get our work out the door. I’ve contacted their customer service department, but he doesn’t return calls and has been unresponsive and hasn’t given us the information we need (like, when our deck will be done.) The best he could offer was to extend our warranty a month. At this point, I’d pay someone else to fix the deck if it were to need repair again. We simply cannot go a month without equipment.
