pan scenes in AEFX using camera
I’m trying to pan from scene to scene if AEFX using a camera. I have the two scenes as 2 different precomps, and they are nested in it’s own comp. Over these, I created a new camera layer, but I cannot figure out how to pan from on of the scenes to the next. I have them check off as 3D…I’m just not sure, and kinda frustrated (which comes w/ the territory…).
If someone could help me out, that would be amazing!

Make sure the “auto orientation” of the camera is off and not set to “point of interest”.
If that’s on, you can’t rotate the camera around, it will always look at that point.
Alternatively, you can also animate the point of interest instead of the rotation
