I’m trying to digitize PAL DV 48KHz and eveyrhting was fine when digitizing until I got 16 minutes into a 48 minute tape and then grey bars started appearing acorss the screen and wouldn’t disappear even when captured. What is the deal??

Capture the tape in under-10-minute sections and see what happens.
Then report back with results.
