PAL to NTSC conversion
Hi everyone.
I have PAL footage in a PAL project on my timeline.
To convert to NTSC to I simply render out to NTSC or do I first need to make my project an NTSC project in project settings as well as render out to NTSC?

You just need to render to NTSC. There is no need to change the project properties.
