  PAL DV from Final cut to Motion 3

  Hi,

  I imported PAL DV footage from my camecoder to Final Cut pro by firewire. The footage is 25 fps interlaces (50i).
  When “sending to motion 3” from FCP, the footage seems to be interlaced in motion. In fact it seems like 3 or 4 interlaces frames are superimposed… I may post pictures somewhere if needed. I checked the Motion project which is DV PAL 50i also.

  I tried to import the DV footage created by FCP (the .mov file) directly into a new Motion project. Then the footage in motion is fine.

  This problem does not show up when exporting a progressive footage from FCP to Motion.

  Is it me or there is a problem with interlaces export to Motion ?
