    Paint tool not appearing when I select ” Paint on transparent”

    Running AE CS 6 (11.0.4.2) on a 2013 i7 macbook pro with 8gb ram.
    I am a new user of the Paint feature (took a while to uninstall CS4 due to it’s handy Vector Paint option), and now I am running into a basic issue: I paint on a solid, ok. Then I select Paint on Transparent and the whoel thing disappears from my Composition… Any idea?

    OK, figured it out: the RGBa wasn’t selected, just RGB…
