  Paddle ball string / Rubber Hose?

  Hi all,

  I was wondering the best way to animate a paddle ball (one of those ping pong paddle things with a rubber ball attached to the middle of it with an elastic string). I’d rather not have to spend a lot of time animating the string if possible, so I can just focus on the ball and paddle. I’ve never used Rubber hose (https://www.battleaxe.co/rubberhose/), but was thinking maybe that would be best?

  What do you think would be the best method that would save the most time?
