    I did the pcdriver update plus all the steps on the p2 store but still can not get the No name icon on the desktop for unloading p2 store footage.

    Thanks for any leads to solve this problem

    Have you pressed the three buttons on the device that you need to press to switch it from PC readable to Mac readable?
