I’m having problems with P2 footage that I’m imported into Final Cut Pro Version 6.0.5
I selected Easy Setup Format: HD 23.98 fps
    Use: DVCPRO HD 720p24
Then I went to log and transfer. Imported the P2 footage. Everything looked fine in the preview window.
Once everything was imported, play clips in the viewer and everytime there is motion in frame there is a bunch of lines. Has anyone had this problem before or know how to solve it?
    Help is appreciated!

Did you shoot 720pN24? Control-click one of the clips in the Browser and get the “Item Properties.” What is it?

    Final Cut Pro 6.0.5, Mac OS-X 10.5.5, Quicktime 7.5.5, Adobe Prod Prem CS4, G5 Quad 2.5, Kona-LHe V6, 8.5GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce 7800-GT 256MB, G-RAID 2x1TB FW800, 6TB RAID-5 (Enhance E8-ML, Highpoint 2322), Panasonic HVX-200P P2. Also MBP 17″ Core 2 Duo 2.5, 4GB, GeForce 8600M GT 512MB.

I found out it was shot 1080i. So I changed the settings on the easy setup, but its still has the lines. I exported a clip to a quick time. Looked at the info. Changed the frame rate. Still has lines, exported another clip to quicktime. They clip plays fine once its a quick time mov. I still don’t know what the problem is in final cut pro.
