Somehow footage converted to QT with P2Log (menu function “Export to FCP XML” and ref files) is not working for FRC in my FCP 6.0.1… ii get message “The selected media file cannot be processed by this tool. Only DVCPRO HD 720p 59.94 and 50 fps media files are supported.” When i check properties of the clip in FCP browser then it says that the clip compressor IS DVCPRO HD 720p50 and if i go through clip in the viewer with arrow buttons frame by frame i see it is 50 unique frames per second without duplicates.

Same clip transferred with “Log and Transfer” utility of FCP is fine to convert with FRC. What is the problem and if there any way to make P2 Log clips work with FRC?

Task: have footage from HVX200 P2 shot in 720p50 / 50 fps — need to make slomo.

    thank you,
    Andrei
