P2 Log and transfer on broadcast monitor problem
Gang, when I log and capture or edit I can see my video in my
broadcast monitor. When I log and transfer P2 footage it does not appear on my broadcast monitor. Is there some setting that I need to adjust or is that just not an option? -

Dont’ think this is an option… Just as you cannot view a broadcast monitor during the log and capture process you can’t do the same with the log and transfer window.
I route my analog outs to a monitor during log and capture, but don’t think there’s a way to do this with a P2 card… if the player has analog outs, that might work… but by itself, you can only go in or out thru FCP… not both at the same time.
