P2- DVCPRO 50i fields on- off
hi,
I have footage shot on P2 in DVCPRO 50i
The problem is that the image shows the fields prominently especially during camera movement and for colours like red and orange.
The problem multiplies many folds on exporting.Can anyone tell me if its a problem inherent in the clip or can i do something with it.
I am editing in the FCP 7

Hi Diksha,
If you are monitoring in your computer, that may be perfectly normal.
Computers screens are Progressive, and you need an interlaced monitor to be sure that there are no field order issues.
