    Nope. FCP…and Avid and Adobe…import only the format that was shot. Meaning the same codec and frame size and frame rate. If DVCPRO HD. AVCIntra needs to be converted to ProRes, but at the same frame size and frame rate. YOu cannot convert during the import process.
