P2 AVC INTRA 100 – Native Export?
Hello,
I need an information urgently.
I need to edit in native format P2 – AVC INTRA 100Mbps.
Only in FCP that I need to use the project as APPLE PRO RES (HQ) for this process need not render. Only that I can not export this project in AVC INTRA 100 Native. When I export the same, he ends up being a file APPLE PRO RES, and not a native format AVC INTRA.
You would have some solution for this?
Just as happens for example in the XDCAM HD, I can import natively and edit without rendering, and then export NATIVE.
I need this same process happens with AVC-Intra 100. Is already

Yes. Edit with something else, like Avid. Hmmm…except I don’t think that Avid can export NATIVE AVCINTRA QT either. There is no AVCINTRA encoder, only a decoder, which is how you get AVCIntra into FCP native in the first place. Edius might do AVCIntra native too.
Why do you need this for AVCIntra? What is so special about “native?”

Mxf4mac has an avc-intra encoder. They are also working in a p2 exporter. This way, you can remain in avc-I throught the edit process and deliver a p2 compatible mxf.
