Can anybody suggest the best setting to use if I want to compress my videos for posting on a website. My website designer says that Flash would be best. I’m not sure which setting to choose from in Compressor.

You can not ooutput to flash with this version of compressor. You need to get the Flash encoder. With this you can export a movie from FCP and encode it in flash to the quality settings that you like.

It’s a clean compressor, but most sites compress the crap out of it and it can look bad.

The new version of compressor will have flash built in.
