  outputting to PAL DVCPRO tape

  Hi,
  I need to deliver a master of my film to a TV network in India.
  I am currently working on Final cut pro, my footage is DVCPRO Hd NTSC 16X9 Anamorphic.
  They need me to deliver the tape in DVCPRO Pal 4:3 Anamorphic

  I am really struggling with the workflow on this one.
  Should i compress in pal, or create a new sequence with PAL settings or work in ntsc, output and then convert to PAL?
