After shooting footage with the HVX200, using the FS-100, and editing on FCP.. i’m wondering how i can get the edited footage onto a HD television for viewing at the High quality that it was originally shot… can anybody help me with this?

What do you want to run in from: computer, DVD, harddisk device?

I’m guessing that you want to monitor your footage out of FCP. To do this you need a card like the Kona so that you can get HD out of your system. This would be the best option. For an alternative, you can use an HD monitor like the Apple 23″ or Dell 24″ and connect it to an extra DVI port (if you have one) and use the Cinema Desktop Display from FCP. That’s how I will do it when my Dell gets here today, because it’s hard to fit a Kona card in a MacBook Pro!

    Hope this helps,

Also consider Matrox MXO if you don’t need the capture card functions of a Kona or Decklink.
