    Is there any method, script or otherwise, to export a text file of the project marker frame number locations?

    Same question for the project marker locations with time code numbers?

    You can do it using the Edit Details tab (view > Edit Details or Alt/6).

    Set it to Show > Markers.
    Copy and Paste from there.
