  output multi-ch Qts? 1 + 2 (for setting outputs) not on mixer

  In 2012 someone posted a way to output multi-channel Quicktimes from Premiere CC.

  It says to “Then, go to the audio mixer tab and set your track assignment to the master output channels.”

  In the screen grab they offer of the Audio Mixer there is a pop-up menu that says 1 + 2 (for setting outputs) directly under the pan knob (then starting w ch3 it then says 3 + 4). Looking at Premiere CC 2014 (v8) it simply has a “Read” pop up the 1 + 2 is missing. Whereas the web page above has both, where do I access that functionality?
