  • Output HDMI and Composite (AV) from Canon DSLR at the same time?

    Hi there,

I’m wondering if there’s someone out there who can help me. I am shooting a short film soon and I would really like to be able to output a HDMI and a composite (AV) signal from my Canon 60d at the same time. The HDMI signal will go to my HDMI monitor, and the composite signal will be run over quite a long cable to a television set for the director and producer to view.
I suspected that this may not be possible in-camera, when hooking up both cables direct to the camera, I found that the HDMI signal takes priority over the AV in every case.
Is there a feature in the MagicLantern firmware which will allow me to do this? Or, could you recommend any accessories which I could attach to my rig to achieve this?

    Thanks very much!
