out puting animation to Motion an after effects
I am new to Cinema 4d. I have an animation that I would like to output to Motion as an animation. I seem to only be able to get the figure as a still and not a quicktime movie. I wanted to composite this and place test athen pullit into Final Cut Pro. How do I do this export or render or whatever it is that I do.

Spend a little more time with the manual- this is pretty well explained. You need to change your render settings to output the entire range of your animation rather than the current frame and choose the output format and location.
