OT: XML parsing and Final Cut Pro
Anyone have a good source for xml parsing tools and/or knowledge?
For example, I have a huge project, and I’d like to know which clips in the browser have markers, and which don’t.
I can select all clips in the browser, and export XML, and that XML file has the information I want, but I’m not sure of the best tool/method to pull it out. I can even get around in Perl if need be.
Thanks for any suggestions, as I’m doing very dull assistant editor duties on this job, and I’d like the computer to do the tedium.
