Did she (you) get married? Seems like it was just Jan Crittenden not that long ago.

    Thanks,
    Harry.

[Harry Pallenberg] “Did she (you) get married? “

Yup, she got married a few months back if I’m not mistaken.
So congrats again Jan, on getting married and on bringing the most exciting camera to market since the Lumiere.
    🙂

(okay, I’m exaggeratting on the camera a bit…but the marriage definitely deserves a congratulations)

I say we club together and erect a shrine to Jan. I’d suggest a bronze effigy with her cradling the camera in her arms. Panasonic fans could make yearly pilgrimages to the shrine based on the actual release date of the camera, and leave offerings of old outdated 4GB and 8 GB P2 cards.

    d,

weren’t you the sensitive one that complained that the P2 forum was growing too personal and bitter for your tastes?

[Derek Antonio Serra] “… old outdated 4GB and 8 GB P2 cards …”

Old perhaps, outdated maybe. But a 4GB P2 card will always be able to contain 10 minutes of 720p 24 fps DVCPRO-HD footage, and an 8GB card can hold twice that length.

So I’d hold onto old P2 cards and use them for shooting.

And put flowers on Jan’s shrine instead.

    All the best,

    – Peter

Build a shrine? Make a movie instead.
