December 14, 2007 at 1:05 pmNo. Disk Utility doesn’t see the drive. And Apple Profiler doesn’t see the unit as far as I can tell – what should it show up as in the profiler?

You might call their tech support. Or did you get something I recommended?
As long as the disk has power and is connected via USB, it should work. Make sure to try all the USB ports you have. YOu might also have gotten a bad unit. That happens.
