Noo…works for me on both Tiger and Leopard. Hmmm…does the system profiler see the drive? How about the Disk Utility?

No. Disk Utility doesn’t see the drive. And Apple Profiler doesn’t see the unit as far as I can tell – what should it show up as in the profiler?

You might call their tech support. Or did you get something I recommended?
As long as the disk has power and is connected via USB, it should work. Make sure to try all the USB ports you have. YOu might also have gotten a bad unit. That happens.
