OT: BD DVD vs. HD-DVD
What a mouthfull! I’ve got a solution, and if people start adopting it, I want my name in the history books.
BDVD – Bluray DVD
HDVD – Highdef DVD
these have a nice ring to the them, say “B.D.V.D.”or
BVD – Blueray Video Disk
HVD – Highdef Video Disk
these have a better spelled out name, “Highdef Video Disk” but not quite as catchy of an abbreviation.Most people don’t even know what DVD stands for. I can think of two definitions.
