OT: Another nice diversion from the cloudy madness
The other night the San Francisco Giants did a “Metallica Night” to honor the band, and the National Anthem was done by James Hetfield and Kirk Hammett on electric guitars.
Regardless of what this video was edited with, or whether or not the medium it first appeared in is in danger of becoming irrelevant, or what you think of the licensing practices of the company whose software was probably used to make the images and motion graphics that appeared on screen during the game- I think we can all agree that THIS is pretty darn cool.
(Not as cool as the Hendrix version, but it’s up there…)
