Anyone having success with Adobe CC 2020 and Catalina? I tried Catalina over a year ago and had many problems so returned to Mojave. Now when I connect my iPhone 11 ProMax into my MacBook Pro 15″ Mid 2015 I’m prompted to update osX, iPhone won’t connect and SysPref USB indicates it is not recognized. Most likely due to a recent OS on iPhone. I’m shooting vids with iPhone 11 and now can’t use File Sharing to transfer my files. Arghhhh.

I don’t have the answer, but I feel your pain. An iOS update rendered my phone unable to share files with my Mac as I am still on High Sierra. I now have to upload files from my phone to Dropbox and then download them to my computer.

The suite of 2020 CC apps are working well for me on my MacPro7,1 on 15.5.7. I’ve had to reinstall Pr several times because it gets borked somehow. I’ve had to reinstall Ae once. And I’ve had to reinstall Catalina way too many times. Since there are few utilities to fix Catalina problems, reinstalling is what I do. I’ve got fiber internet, so it’s not too time-consuming. Takes about 20 minutes. Ae and Pr reinstall in about five minutes each. Reinstalling is what I do when trashing prefs and the other usual fixes don’t work. I haven’t missed a deadline yet.

    <div>I just noticed I typed, “15.5.7.” Yes, I’m from the future. 🙂 </div><div>

    I meant 10.15.7.

That has been a pretty solid build. The only issue I’ve noticed is some Mail messages are blank. Quit the Mail app, relaunch, and the messages show up again. Minor nuisance.
